Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Elite Wall Printing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, including wall and floor printing for residential and commercial clients. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Elite Wall Printing is part of the And Frame Group, based in Hindley, Wigan, covering Greater Manchester and beyond. We specialise in direct printing on walls and floors, offering an affordable and high-quality alternative to traditional mural painting and signage.
2. Quotations and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once the client has approved the quote in writing (email or signed agreement) and paid any required deposit.
Once a project has been signed off by the client—whether with Elite Wall Printing or with their own marketing/design team—any changes thereafter may incur an additional fee.
Changes to the order before sign-off may also incur extra charges depending on complexity.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on dimensions, complexity, and location of the print.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon order confirmation. The balance is payable on the day of completion.
Payment methods include bank transfer, card payments, or other agreed methods.
Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the surface is suitable, safe, and ready for printing. Note, we can print on almost any surface, but be advised that the image printed is only as good as the wall we’re printing on.
Elite Wall Printing is not responsible for delays caused by unsuitable surfaces, access issues, or unforeseen site conditions.
If the clients provides dimensions, logos, images, or designs without a free Elite Wall Printing consultation, additional costs on the day of printing may be advised, refusal to accept additional costs may result in cancellation with the client loss of deposit.
5. Our Responsibilities
Elite Wall Printing will perform all work professionally and according to agreed specifications.
Colours may vary slightly from digital proofs due to printing or lighting conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse work that we consider unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancelling less than 7 days before the scheduled installation may incur additional charges for materials and labour.
Refunds for completed work are only considered in cases of faulty workmanship or material defects.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients must own or have rights to all images, logos, or designs provided.
Elite Wall Printing may use images of completed projects for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
Elite Wall Printing’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the work undertaken.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
9. Health and Safety
All work will comply with UK health and safety regulations.
Clients must provide safe access and clear working areas.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
